This is my attempt to walk the walk, not just talk the talk.
My favorite part of running is when I'm done. My second favorite part is when I get over the hump and realize I'm really a runner.
So this blog is an attempt to catalog my experience as I train for a 10K.

Today was a good day!
I did a 20 min hill run today with a 5 min warm-up (6.0 mph at 2% incline) and the 15 min alternating between 1 min at 6.0 mph at 3% incline and 1 min at 4.0 mph at 6-12% incline. The adrenaline was definitely pumping!
